Hi, I’m Ariel Landrum, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Art Therapist (ATR) practicing out of California. As a proud Filipina American, I am passionate about integrating cultural identity into my therapeutic work, specializing in Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Art Therapy. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that your passions, fandoms, and unique experiences can be powerful tools for healing and growth.
I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including military members and their families, the LGBTQIA+ community, and survivors of sexual assault. My work spans various settings, from schools and homes to hospitals and residential facilities. I have guided individuals, couples, families, and groups through their healing journeys, tailoring my approach to meet each client's unique needs.
Beyond my clinical practice, I am licensed in multiple states and regularly provide mental wellness training for Fortune 500 organizations. Whether in therapy or training, I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, affirming, and even fun therapeutic experience. Therapy doesn't have to be boring—it should be a space where you feel safe exploring who you are and want to become.
When I’m not working, you can find me enjoying Pokémon Go or spending time in the vibrant world of geek culture, which I love to incorporate into my therapeutic work. If you're looking for a therapist who understands and values your unique identity and experiences, I'd be honored to support you on your journey to self-acceptance and fulfillment.
I'm available for telehealth sessions if you’re interested in therapy services. I look forward to meeting you!"
