As a queer, neurodivergent therapist who found myself in the mental health field as a result of a gamut of lived experience – I know too well how difficult it can be to find a therapeutic space where you “fit.” This world is heavy enough without the added difficulty of summoning the strength to reach out for help, only to feel like you must change yourself to access therapeutic support. It’s a terrible, gut-wrenching feeling that I have personally experienced. This will not happen with me. My goal is to cultivate a therapeutic space where you feel truly seen, heard, validated, and respected as you are, without having to hide or censor any aspect of yourself. I will be humble with your identity/ies, and always emphasize your right to self-determination.

I have many years of experience working with children, youth, teens, and families in various helping capacities. I truly enjoy supporting them in their journey, whatever that journey may entail. I use a family systems approach that is collaborative, engaging, and encourages strong communication, when appropriate. I am flexible, dynamic, culturally humble and strive to be teachable. Much of the most valuable information that I have learned has come from people who have shared their lived experience. However, I will not expect you to spend your therapy time educating me about the basics of your experience. As an avid learner, I will obtain whatever knowledge is necessary to understand your experience from outside sources.

I provide individual, family, and relationship therapy. As a poly, kink, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, this means I work with people in a variety of consensual relationship configurations. I love working with people to reach individual and, if they desire, interpersonal sexual liberation. We all deserve a life free of shame, and I would love to accompany you on your journey to create that life and reclaim pleasure in all of life’s aspects.
