Hi, I am Lacey McPhetridge a registered psychological associate with the CA Board of Psychology. I have a passion for working with neurodivergent individuals and their families by focusing on their strengths. From a very young age, I had always felt different and when I found the neurodivergent community, I realized that there were others who experienced life as I did. In an attempt to gain a better understanding of myself and others around me, I found my love of psychology and providing therapy. I enjoy blending techniques and strategies to support each client and meet them where they are. I will always have a huge space in my heart for working with children and teens, but have expanded my therapeutic interest to adults and couples. Living in a world that wasn’t necessarily built for your neurotype can be stressful enough and you do not need to navigate those stressors on your own.

I commit to providing a therapeutic experience that is non-judgmental, tailored to fit your unique needs and desires, and dare I say fun. Therapy does not have to be a boring experience and I do not think it should be. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who has experience working with trans youth and individuals exploring their sexual identity. With me, you will have a safe place to explore who you are and who you want to be. Every person deserves to live a life where they are free to be themselves and I’d like to help you find who that person is. I will assist you on a journey to self-acceptance and self-fulfillment. I believe that you are the expert on you and I can assist as a guide to help reach the goals you have for your life.

Though I am committed to my work, I have many other passions. Being outdoors has always been important to me, especially if I can be near or on the water. I love exploring different outdoor terrains and looking for different wildlife. I have several different collections, spanning office supplies to pressed pennies.
